Cancel Policy

30% of the Course Price (Per Person) will be charged after midnight 14 days prior to your visit (Reservation).

30% Cancellation fee will be charged

From 1 month to 2 weeks prior to the reservation date.

50% Cancellation fee will be charged

From 2 weeks to 3 days prior to the reservation date.

100% Cancellation fee will be charged

From 3 days to on the day before your reservation.

We will contact you one month in advance to confirm reservations for Winter Season (November to December), Spring Season (March to April), Obon-Vacation Week and Golden-Week due to the high volume of reservation inquiries. Cancellations made after that contact date will be subject to a cancellation fee under the Cancel Policy.
